Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass security or billing controls, overload the platform, or attempt unauthorized access.
Intellectual property
AsukaDev retains rights in the software, brand, documentation, and hosted services. You retain rights in the product data and content you lawfully submit. You grant the limited rights needed to process that content and provide the service.
Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, platform changes, third-party failures, or security events may occasionally interrupt access. Features may evolve while preserving the essential purpose of paid plans.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AsukaDev is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit, merchant production errors, or third-party platform failures. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and termination
