Some products have limited customization areas. You can use the “Drawing areas” module to create them :

By opening the module, you will be able to choose between different types of drawing areas: rectangle, circle, triangle, ellipse.

You will also have the possibility to choose an SVG, to use a more complex form of drawing area, note that this SVG must contain only one path.

If your drawing area is not an SVG you will need to use the mouse to draw it, if it is an SVG you can resize it after adding it.

Now when you add an object, it will be automatically added to the drawing area, if you have configured multiple drawing areas, you will have the option to choose in which drawing area to add the object.
